There is something enchanting about the idea of a wedding ceremony. From the romantic location, and delicate lighting, to the array of florals and the endless, endless white. And even more delightful it is, when the woman walking down the aisle is one of our own - who we've seen grow from a teeny tiny supermodel seed, to the beauty who stood before us on the 1/07/2011, dressed in lace, and proclaiming her love to the world.
Forget Middleton, this is the wedding we've been waiting for. And while we hoped she'd never say her 'I do's' to the unthinkable Mr Doherty, her current beau, who dressed in blue for the occasion, is about as lovely as we'd hoped for our Kate.
In a John Galliano creation, and standard Malono's, Kate was a bridal dream. Her statement tousled hair, and understated makeup gave her sequinned, silk satin number all power to reign - which, along with a matching veil, gave Kate the look of an ethereal princess.
As for the Groom, his YSL Dusky-blue Tuxedo was matched perfectly with his standard statement sunglasses - making him every inch a rock star prince.
Overall, a marvellously stylish affair. Of course.
